Vivian L. Evans, 89, of Soddy-Daisy went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 11, 2011. She was of the Baptist Faith and loved working with flowerers in her yard. She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. “Peanut” Evans, parents, Charlie and Lottie West.
She is survived by her sisters, Maude Price, Janice Lowe, nephews, Max Lowe, Larry Joe Price, several other nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Carl Hunsucker officiating. Interment will follow the service at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. The family would like to think the staff at Alexian Village on Signal Mountain for their compassionate love and care for Vivian while she was there.
