  [S16] Obituary. March 18, 1928 - May 3, 2017 Mrs. Marjorie Jane Stephenson 89 of Rossville passed away Wednesday May 3, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Athens Tn. to Neil and Gladys Russell Moses, Marjorie graduated from McMinn high School and then Graduated McKinsey Business School, and worked at the Signal Knitting Mill for over 40 years. She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in East Ridge. She is preceded in death by her parents; Neil and Gladys Moses, brother; Charles Elvin Moses and husband William Jennings Stephenson. Survivors include children and their spouse Diane Elizabeth Stephenson Kidd of Rossville, Dan Stephenson(Wanda) of Fort Oglethorpe and William “Billy” Stephenson of Rossville, sister; Virginia Rue of Athens, four grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great- great grandchildren. Graveside services will be May 8, 2017 at 1:30 PM from the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Bro. Chris Peponis officiating. Arrangements announced by W.L.
