Blanche Dobbs Blanche Manning Dobbs, 97, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband; Homer Lee Dobbs, parents; John Robert “Rob” and Florence Hensley Manning, stepmother; Winnie Hughes Manning, a brother and half sister. She is survived by her daughter; Carolyn Ashley of Soddy-Daisy, son; Robert Lee Dobbs of Fayetteville, GA., sister; Ellen Jeffery of Soddy-Daisy, grandsons; Toby (Beth), Terry (Pam), Mark (Tiffany) Ashley all of Evensville, Gregg Dobbs, Doug (Leslie) Dobbs of Fayetteville, GA., great- grandchildren; Carleigh Ashley, Aaron (Kayla) Henderson of Evensville, Michael and Joanne Dobbs of Fayetteville, GA., great-great-grandson Jesse Henderson of Evensville. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Lynn Carroll officiating. Interment will follow the service at Hensley Cemetery.
