    Penney - Lester L., aged 21, died in a local hospital at a late hourSunday evening. He is survived by his widow and two infant sons, fatherand mother, Mr. and Mrs. M. P. Penney; three brothers, Chester, Alton andSherman; two sisters, Essie and Aline. Funeral services will be held atJackson Chapel at 10 o'clock this morning, the Reverend Mr. Cresmanofficiating. Chapman's have charge of arrangements.

    Penney - Leroy L., 53, of 2020 Crescent Club Dr., Hixson died Thursdayin a local hospital. He was a retired painter, a veteran of World War IIserving both the U. S. Army and Navy, and was of the Church of Godfaith. Survivors include mother, Mrs. Eva Smith, Chattanooga;grandmother, Mrs. Essie Bean, Chattanooga; brother, Lester Penney,Haywood, California. Services will be held Monday at 10 a.m in the NorthChapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Reverend Frank Richofficiating. Burial will be in the National Cemetery. The body is atthe North Chapel, Chattanooga Funeral Home, 153 Hixson, where the familywill receive friends after 10 a.m. Saturday.
