  [S16] Obituary. Clyde Brisco Iles April 28, 1911 - July 20, 2010 Clyde “Sug” Iles, 99, of Sale Creek, TN., passed away peacefully on July 20, 2010. He was born on April 28, 1911, in Sale Creek. Clyde was a member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church and later Sale Creek Baptist Church where he served as an active deacon and Sunday School teacher for many years. He was a life-lone farmer and avid fox hunter. Clyde was preceded in death by his parents, John and Nora Iles, two wives, Beatrice and Edith, four sisters, Blanch Shipley, Maude Thomas, Mary McNabb, and Alphia Francisco, and three brothers, Bill, Roy, and Coy Iles. He is survived by his son, Clyde R. (Patty) Iles, daughter, Betty (Johnny) Coulter, five grandchildren, Tony (Laurie) Iles, Michael (Lea Ann) Iles, Susan Iles, Linda (Billy) Daniels, and Huey (Billy Jo) Coulter, seven great-grandchildren, Philip (Kim) and Matthew Iles, Jamison, Colton and Bethany Daniels, Carly Coulter and Dillon Osborn, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 21, from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, July 22, in the funeral home chapel, with visitation at noon prior to the service. Interment will be in Welsh-Rogers Cemetery. Grandsons and great-grandsons will serve at pallbearers. Special messages will be given by great-nephew, Tony Reavley, and great-grandson, Colton Daniels. The family wishes to extend a special thanks for the wonderful care that has been provided by the staff and employees at Life Care Center of Rhea County and appreciation for the care given by Dr. Bovine and Dr. Logan.
