Obituary for Louise Denton Smith
Louise Smith
Louise Denton Smith, 89, of Soddy-Daisy, TN, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014.
She was a member of the Oak Street Baptist Church. Louise was preceded in death by two husbands, Fritts Denton and Homer Smith. She previously worked at the Newberry-Denton Store in Soddy, Tennessee.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Alexis and Bobby Jenkins of Soddy-Daisy; grandsons and grand-daughters-in-law, Forrest and Bonnie Jenkins and David and Emily Jenkins; her great-grandchildren, Gabe, Evie, Harper and Hunter; her brother Lloyd Carroll and two nieces, Myra Reneau and Zerita Brockman.
The memorial service will be 12:30 Friday, July 18, 2014, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, with Reverend Alan Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Her family would like to offer a special thanks to The Terrace at Mountain Creek for all their loving care.
