  [S16] Obituary. December 8, 1983 - March 13, 2013 April Dawn Fryar, 29, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 from injuries sustained from an automobile accident. She was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Kimberly Levi Fryar; grandparents, William and Martha Fryar and Herchel Levi, Sr. Survivors include her sons, C.J. and Brendan West; grandmother, Mary Ellen “Polly” Levi and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Graveside services will be held at Varner Cemetery on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Joe Sanchez officiating. Visitation is Sunday from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home, 6623 Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
