Bobbie G. Vandergriff, 80, of Sale Creek passed away Thursday, March 15, 2012 at a local hospital. She was of the Presbyterian Faith and retired from Dupont. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Vandergriff, parents, George and Delphia Gentry, brothers, Bill Gentry, James Gentry, George Gentry, Jr., sisters, Jane Holland, Nevada Coppinger.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Delphia “Del” (Gary) Ford, Jennifer (Eric) White, Dylan Rylie White, Jess (Davina) Howard, Tyler Gentry, Nina Jo Holland, many other family and friends.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Monday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Carl Hunsucker officiating. Interment will follow the service at Rhea Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 2-8 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.williamsonandsons.com.
