  [S16] Obituary. February 24, 1963 - October 25, 2011 Clay Brown, 48, formerly of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 in Florida. A native of Soddy-Daisy, he lived in Florida since 1992. Clay was a gifted musician with a fondness of the piano. He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer “Buddy” Clay Brown and Clara Wanda Bowman. Survivors include his father, David Bowman of Soddy-Daisy; sister, Maria Combs of Hixson; brother and sister-in-law, Marty & Jill Bowman of Soddy-Daisy; nieces, Krista Bowman and Hanan Elbeitam; nephews, Jason Combs and Mohamad “Mo” Elbeitam. Graveside services will be Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jim Barry officiating.
