Clabough - Mrs. Nellie Higgins Penney, 74, of 103 Tanforan Dr.,Rossville, Georgia, died Sunday morning at the residence of her son inAtlanta, Georgia. She had been a residence of Rossville for 12 years andwas the widow of William H. Clabough. Mrs. Clabough attended the FirstBible Holiness Church and was a member of the Ladies Sunday SchoolClass. Survivors are two sons, J. O. Penney, Rossville; Willard E.Penney, Atlanta, Georgia; one daughter, Mrs. James Fogg, Tampa, Florida;one brother, Frank Higgins, Soddy, Tennessee; three sisters, Mrs. BlancheCliff, Mrs. Ola Bledsoe, both of Soddy, Tennessee; Mrs. Lottie Cochran,Daisy, Tennessee; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, severalnieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2o'clock in the Lane Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend A. L. Kightofficiating. Interment in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The body is at theLane Funeral Home, Inc.
